Saffron will hold a grand opening on W. Front Street in Red Bank, at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15.
Saffron is replacing Front Street Trattoria, which closed in 2020 after 35 years in business.
The newly renovated 1,700 square-foot space boasts more than 70 seats, and "will showcase the luxury of old-world Indian Royalty," according to its co-owners, Amrita Jogi and Manish Kumar.
Saffron "offers a modern twist to traditional Indian cuisine by elevating the dining experience using new-age culinary techniques, artful presentation, and contemporary design," the owners said in a press statement.
